Navigating between SummerOS and other tools

SummerOS seamlessly connects with Forecast, for STR projections, your PMS (e.g., Guesty), and other short-term rental tools, acting as a centralized hub for managing your vacation rental properties. This guide explains how to navigate between these platforms directly from SummerOS.

Step 1: Accessing Forecast from SummerOS

  1. Open a property in SummerOS.
  2. Navigate to any page within the property, such as the Revenue, Performance, or Competitive Set tabs.
  3. Locate the Forecast button in the upper-right corner of the screen.
  4. Click the Forecast button to switch to Forecast.
    • You'll be taken directly to the corresponding property page in Forecast, where you can: 
    • Dive deeper into the competitive set.
    • Edit projections or competitive set details.
    • Perform any additional analysis.
  5. Any changes made in Forecast will automatically sync back to SummerOS.

Step 2: Accessing Your PMS from SummerOS

  1. Click the button to navigate to the property's landing page in your PMS. You'll be taken directly to the PMS view for that specific property, where you can:
    • Review operational details like bookings, calendar availability, and rates.
    • Make updates to the property's settings, which will sync back to SummerOS.
  2. On each property page in SummerOS, locate the button for your PMS in the upper-right corner.
