Using the Team Inventory feature

The Team Inventory feature in Forecast in SummerOS allows you to quickly locate properties you've previously underwritten or added to the platform. Follow this guide to efficiently search your inventory and access saved homes and their associated data.

Step 1: Accessing Team Inventory

  1. Log in to Forecast and navigate to the Market Search screen.
  2. Click the Team Inventory button in the upper-left corner of the screen. This will take you to a list of all the homes you've saved in Forecast.

Step 2: Searching for a home

  1. Use the Search Bar located at the top of the Team Inventory page.
  2. The list will filter dynamically to show only properties that match your search query.
    • Example: Typing "Scottsdale" displays all Scottsdale properties.

Step 3: Selecting a property

  1. Locate the desired property in the filtered list.
  2. Click on the property to open its details page.

Step 4: Reviewing saved data

Once on the property details page, you can:

  • View Competitive Sets (e.g., 4-bedroom or 5-bedroom sets).
  • Access the Notes Tab to review or edit notes tied to specific comp sets.
  • Utilize all other features originally created for the property in Forecast.

Step 5: Searching for another property

  1. Return to the Team Inventory page by clicking the button in the upper-left corner.
  2. Use the search bar again to locate another property by address, name, or keyword.

  • Save properties: Ensure all properties you want to search later are saved to your team inventory during the underwriting process.
  • Search flexibility: You can search by city, address, or other keywords to quickly locate specific properties.
  • Comprehensive access: Once you find a property, all related data—including comp sets, projections, and notes—are readily available.
