Viewing past revenue projections
Once you’ve created a revenue projection—whether for a managed listing or a prospective property—you can return to it at any time. SummerOS automatically saves your work, making it easy to revisit, compare, duplicate, or share projections across your short-term rental management team.
Whether you're refining an acquisition case, presenting to stakeholders, or managing a live listing, your past projections stay accessible and organized.
Where projections live
After you finish building a projection (and optionally preview or download the term sheet), exiting the flow will save your progress and take you back to the property view.
Depending on the property type, you'll find your saved projections in two places:
- Prospect properties: Found under Prospects in the sidebar
- Managed properties: Found in your Portfolio > Properties
Click on any property, then navigate to the Revenue Projections tab to see a full list of past projections for that home.
What you can see and do
Each projection row shows:
- The projection name (which you can rename at any time)
- Who created it and when
- Comp set size
- Bathroom/bedroom assumptions
From here, you can:
- Open the full projection flow
- View the term sheet and any Notes
- Duplicate the projection to create a new version
- Archive old or unused versions
- Rename the projection to keep your library organized
Creating new projections from the property view
If you already have a prospect or managed property set up, you can create additional projections from the same page.
Click “New Projection” in the top-right to:
- Build alternate scenarios (e.g., different bath counts, amenity upgrades)
- Reset to base assumptions and start fresh
- Create updated comps or seasonality for a changing market
This allows you to maintain multiple projections per property—helpful for underwriting, side-by-side comparisons, or homeowner conversations.
Reviewing across your organization
For a bird’s-eye view, head to Revenue Projections in the sidebar. This shows every projection created across your organization, not just those attached to a single property.
Use the search bar to filter by address or the name of the projection.
You can click into any result to access the full projection flow, including comp sets, market benchmarks, and term sheet exports.
View-only mode for managed properties
For PMS-connected listings, SummerOS also gives you a read-only view of past comp sets and market benchmarks directly within the property page. While you can’t edit these inline, you can open any projection to make adjustments.
This is especially helpful for:
- Team reviews and strategy discussions
- Owner-facing insights
- Tracking forecast vs. actual performance
