How to connect Hospitable

You can connect during initial setup or later via Portfolio > Properties in your SummerOS dashboard.

Here’s how:

1. Select Hospitable: When prompted to connect your PMS, choose Hospitable from the list of available platforms.
2. Authorize the connection: You’ll be redirected to Hospitable to log in and authorize SummerOS access using OAuth. This secure connection only takes a few clicks.
3. Click “Confirm”: Once authorized, SummerOS will begin syncing your data in the background.

What happens after syncing?

While your real data loads, you’ll see sample properties and dashboards to help you get familiar with the platform. Syncing typically completes within a few minutes, depending on the size of your portfolio.

Once syncing is complete:

• Your real properties and historical data will replace the samples
• All dashboards and tools will reflect live metrics from Hospitable
• You’ll gain access to revenue insights, booking channel breakdowns, and performance benchmarks
